Our Products Express Policy
Base on U.S. Local Shipping Service
We have warehouse in California, USA. When you place an order, we will ship it to you via FEDEX from our warehouse in the USA. 

DELIVERY DETAILS
We try to ship as quickly as possible. Orders usually go out within 2 days of ordering if all the items are in stock. However, during peak times (new releases and holidays) you will need to allow a couple more days for processing.
Please Note: Once your package has been shipped, Fedex will be responsible for shipping the package, if you need to cancel the order after shipping, please inform us promptly, we need to intercept the delivery.
Delivery Zone: We currently only sell in North America, other regions will be launched in the future

SHIPPING DETAILS
· Depending on the location of the address, the delivery timeframe is about 5-7 days in the eastern part of the United States, 3-5 days in the western part of the United States, and there will be delays in special remote areas.
· In order to ensure the safe arrival of the goods, we will provide you with product signing service. If you do not need the service, please make a note when you place an order, do not need to sign for the service. We will cancel it for you.

Replace the Product
Three-Month Exchange

After you receive the goods, you have a three-month exchange period. In the meantime, in the absence of man-made damage, if you are not satisfied with the goods, you can contact our customer service team.
Note: Replacement of the same battery is supported, if you need to replace other models, you need to return and buy again.

Exchange method: We will provide you with a free return label, you just need to print it out and attach it to the battery packaging that has been packed and needs to be replaced, and call FEDEX to pick up the delivery. As soon as we receive the shipping information, we will issue a new battery for you.

One-month Free Return

There is a one-month free return period after you receive the goods. In the meantime, in the absence of man-made damage, if you are not satisfied with the item, you can return it. Contact us customer service communication.
